The Forgotten Library

$120.00

This photograph was taken in an odd shaped, very long abandoned home right off a main road in Phoenix. A protective plastic sheet was placed across the full wall, high ceilinged library room over the books. With the many broken windows and current neglect, it can’t be long before they fall into decay as well.

Description

Custom designed frame. The base of the frame comes from a reclaimed 1940’s Russian ammo crate. Glass and photo are secured by metal channel.

Each wooden display is unique in its own way. They have been left in their current vintage state to reflect the subject matter. This includes varying degrees of weathering, slight chips, tarnish, and old nail holes.
